Sales Order Processor

An opportunity has arisen for an Order Processor to work at our company. You will be part of the order processing team. Other duties will include filing, taking incoming telephone calls, making telephone calls to customers and other related duties.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with experience in customer service and you must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C or equivalent.
You will need to be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
Problem solving skills are essential, you must be able to multi-task and work on your own initiative.

Duties will include the following:

• Take telephone orders from customers
• Resolve queries made by customers regarding their orders
• Provide administrative support other office staff
• Process customer orders
• File and retrieve information and documents
• Answering the main line telephone
• Providing cover for other sales staff
• Any other administrative duties as assigned by your line manager

In-house training will be provided in Horizon software and opportunity for further progression.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday on rotation of the below hours:

1st week - 9.00am - 6.00pm
2nd week - 8.00am – 4.30pm
